02 · How it works

five stages,
twenty weeks,

STAGE 01

Seed.

bring your own idea or pick one from the idea bank. we match you with co-founders within two weeks.

Weeks 01—02
STAGE 02

Frame.

shape the problem. name the customer. sketch the thinnest possible version. kill anything that isn't essential.

Weeks 03—06
STAGE 03

Build.

ship a working product with help from our resident engineers, designers, and model-access credits.

Weeks 07—12
STAGE 04

Ship.

launch to real customers. we handle paid acquisition, distribution, and the first 1,000 users.

Weeks 13—18
STAGE 05

Grow.

cohort doesn't end — fellows get lifetime access to the network, capital follow-ons, and studio credits.
